Rosh Ha'ayin, February 22, 2012 - Wizcom Technologies Ltd. (Prime Standard: WZM,
IL 0010830706) announces that the Court of Petach Tikva has appointed attorney
Mr. Gilad Harish as administrator of the Company. Mr. Harish has taken over all
responsibilities from the Board of Directors and Management of the Company. The
administrator is to sell all assets of the Company in order to satisfy claims
from Wizcom's creditors, and subsequently to liquidate the Company.
Attorney Ms. Chanit Nov has been appointed by the Court as receiver for
repayment of the convertible bond. Bondholders have a preferred creditor status.
