Uns wurde nach § 25 Abs. 1 WpHG Folgendes mitgeteilt:
Notification of voting rights pursuant to sec. 25 WpHG
HPE PRO Institutional Fund B.V., Amsterdam, the Netherlands, notifies
pursuant to sec. 25, para 1 WpHG that its holding of financial instruments
entitling to acquire voting rights in SFC Energy AG, Brunnthal, Germany
(ISIN DE0007568578) fell below the 25%, 20%, 15%, 10% and 5% thresholds due
to a disposal of financial instruments and amounted to 0% (equivalent to 0
voting rights of 7,502,887 total voting rights) on 16 February 2012.
By way of clarifying annotation, HPE PRO Institutional Fund B.V. further
notified that financial instruments corresponding to 1,86% of the voting
rights (equals 139,481 voting rights) have been exercised.
